Hi everybody!
I wonder if there are women who participate to duathlons and who read this forum.
I did cycling while 7 years, from 12 to 18 years old. Than I stopped one year because I started to study at the university. I study physical education and I must much runnig. I'm now busy with the preparation to an 1/2 marathon. So I would like to participate to duathlons next year.
Do you also run and ride? Do you have experience with duathlon? Can you give me tips ?
